Play Unlimited
Seldom Game is a free trivia game where the best answer is the one nobody else thinks of. Each round asks a simple question, like “Name a fruit”. Your job is to find five correct answers that most people would miss. The game is in unlimited mode, so you can play as many rounds as you like.
How to play
- Read the question at the top of the board.
- Type an answer and press Enter.
- If it’s a valid answer, it fills a slot and shows its score.
- Find five answers to finish the round.
- Review every answer on the board, then start a new round.
How scoring works
- Every answer scores from 0 to 100. Common answers score high and rare ones score low.
- An answer that scores 0 is a Seldom ✦, the rarest find.
- Your total is the sum of your five answers. Lower is better, and 500 is the most you can score.
- Wrong answers don’t use a slot or add points, and repeated answers don’t count.
- You get two hints per round. Using a hinted answer adds 10 points.
Tips for a low score
- Skip the first answer that comes to mind. Everyone else thought of it too.
- Think of specific varieties, regional foods, technical terms or less famous names.
- Save your hints for when you’re stuck on the last slot or two.
